OCCUPY YOUR HEART: DAY 1 will give you an incredible experience of what it means to be in your heart.
You will learn about what dimensions of your energetic, emotional heart that you are comfortable
dwelling within, and what dimensions need energy. You will gain confidence as you get in touch with your heart's
numb and wounded places, bringing breath, attention, and life into all parts of your heart.
As you occupy your heart fully and completely, you will unleash your ability to bring positive,
meaningful change to the world.
Day 1 can be enjoyed by itself, or along with Day 2.

OCCUPY YOUR HEART: DAY 2 will go much deeper into the experience of what it means to occupy your heart.
You will spend the day learning more about how your own heart has grown through your experiences, and
you'll share personal meditations and consultations with Susanna, who will offer you an assesment of
your heart's current development, and a vision of where your growth lies in the future.
Day 2 is limited to 12 participants; we recommend signing up early to reserve your space.
