The depth of the heart is the Solar Plexus. | ||

By "Heart" we mean the whole area in the chest between
the Solar Plexus and the collarbone,
including key elements of the
circulation, endocrine
and nervous systems. This area is further subdivided into a left side, center and right side, and a depth, center and height. Each of these physical areas has a correspondence to the dimensions of the emotional heart, through the mind-body connection. |
