"Heart Rhythm Meditation is an 'in body' meditation practice focused on the heart, the home of the soul. I use HRM to sharpen my mind, heal my body, contemplate God, improve my golf game and life in general. Since I began meditating my heart and blood pressure, according to the doctor, “is that of an athlete.” My ability to recognize and express my deepest feelings has grown dramatically and now my relationships with others are expressed from my heart."

This Week's "Exercise for Life"

[Width #3]

When you give your word to someone, consider that you are bound to that person until they agree to release you from your commitment. This will make you dependable.

(From Energize Your Heart, p. 132)

Break not your word of honor whatever may befall. Your word is your bond. By holding your commitment to your word, even when it is inconvenient, you create stability in life; not just your own life, but the lives of all those you touch will benefit from your stability. Your discipline will create safety for others, which they will return to you as trust. The fact that keeping one's word is a rare behavior makes it all the more valuable. By practicing this you will give the impression to others that you are responsible: capable of holding a great weight upon your shoulders. It won't be simply an impression; your heart will develop that width that makes stability and dependability possible.

Learn the Basics of Self-healing.

In this one-day workshop, you will learn a powerful self-healing method of conscious breathing entrained with your heartbeat called Heart Rhythm Meditation. Heart Rhythm Meditation can reduce heart rate, blood pressure and arrhythmia and increase circulation, immune function, lung capacity, alertness and peace.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is a measure of the minute changes in time between heartbeats. HRV is one of the hottest areas of health and biofeedback research because studies have found that low HRV is the single most important leading-indicator of heart disease.*

Heart Rhythm Meditation is the most effective way known to increase HRV. Many benefits result, including the increased ability to cope with emotional stress without physical stress, faster healing, less pain, increased learning speeds, and general feelings of well-being.

You will be measured with a computerized, non-invasive HRV instrument. You will observe that arrhythmia disappears during Heart Rhythm Meditation. Oxygenation of tissues increases while hemagglutination, which causes anemia, decreases. Calm alertness results, giving more energy with less anxiety.
