Energize Your Heart, by Puran and I, is now finished; we have been working on it for the past year. Many people who have looked at the manuscript say it's an even better book than Living from the Heart. We're pleased with it as it contains a model of the four-dimensional energetic-emotional heart, methods for measuring the size of the heart through magnetic and heart rate instruments, and methods for increasing each dimension. The Tucson IAM Center For the past half-year, we have been looking for a suitable office to serve as the physical heart center of our institute and a venue for classes and seminars. I want to report that our guidance is to put this on hold. First of all, it's incompatible with a book tour, which is important for building the national reputation of our school.
Howard Glasser, of the "Nurtured Heart Approach" introduced us to the formal practice of Recognizing Greatness in his Advanced Training of educators. He has agreed to join us at the Summer Retreat: The Path to Greatness. at The Abode, July 20-25. It will be a treat to work with him.
Gary Hirsh, of "Management by Design," formerly the "Enlightened Business Institute," is bringing Buddhist principles to the business world through his seminars worldwide. We've gotten to know him and his wife, Kandy, through a mutual friend and IAM initiate, Melaney Seacat. We look forward to collaborations with them in the practical use of spiritual principles in business.
Masaru Emoto, author of "Messages from Water" appears with Puran, Jeanie Underwood, and myself in a news video about the Interstellar Light Application moonlight collector, here in Tucson. This enormous reflector, 50 X 60 feet, can pivot and tilt on a hydraulic arm. It is used to reflect and focus the light of a full moon into a small stage where one can bathe in intense moon light. It is thought that the light has healing effects. See the video. Jeanie was here on a 21-day retreat which happened to coincide with this unusual opportunity.
