An Introduction to Heart Rhythm Practice


We Can Welcome Change. One of our greatest challenges is change. We change our jobs, our homes, our diets and our friends. We also seek to change and develop, requiring us to look at ourselves and the world around us in a new way. We may have the best intentions and a strong will to change, but we often fall back into our old patterns. Why is what we want most, so hard for us to gain and to hold?

Life changes cannot be powered by our will, strong as it may be. Nor can we see our real direction only with our minds. What we need is clarity to see ourselves in our true light, and the conviction to carry our vision through to reality. How do we do this? The rhythm of the heart leads the way.

Your heart is continually integrating all that is without and within yourself. It is the doorway between the mind and the body, between the conscious and unconscious.
