IAM Instructor

Catherine Warrick has been involved with Heart Rhythm Practice since its inception. Prior to that time she was a Representative, Healing Conductor, Minister of the Universal Worship, and Twin Cities Center Coordinator for the Sufi Order.

She is a very experienced teacher and spiritual guide, now fully certified to be a spiritual mentor to HRP practitioners and to teach all of the first level meditation courses, including the webcourse. Catherine has studied meditation with Puran Bair for 15 years.

She practiced as an educational kinesiologist at The Whole Brain Shop in St. Paul, MN, where she was the co-owner for 12 years until retirement in 2003.

She was a college professor and administrator for 25 years prior to that.

Catherine Warrick is a Senior Teacher at IAM and a past member of the Board of Directors.
