Asatar Bair

Asatar has studied meditation for 16 years.

He holds a doctorate in economic theory from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and currently teaches economics at the City College of San Francisco, CA, where he lives with his wife. His research focuses on the political economy of prisons and crime.

In addition to meditation, he enjoys running, tai chi, sculpture, and philosophy.
